We’re absolutely thrilled to announce a very special year-long collaboration with global kimchi brand Jongga, featuring a series of exciting events celebrating the vibrant flavours, rich heritage and time-honoured traditions - think immersive tasting menus, hands-on workshops, and exclusive pop-up experiences that will transport you straight to the heart of Korea!

Event 1: Tradition meets Jongga

Incorporating Jongga kimchi products alongside our homemade traditional condiments, we’ve crafted October and November tasting menus around a single, unifying theme: kimchi. Each menu showcases a vibrant spectrum of flavours at every fermentation stage—from the deep, developed richness of fully matured kimchi in your starters, through the balanced complexity of mid-ferments, to the bright, lively crunch of fresh kimchi in your final courses.

Event 2: Elevate Your Banchan

A Korean dining table isn’t complete without a variety of banchan (side dishes)! From December 2025 through July, 2026, we’ll feature Jongga kimchi products in our course menu—showcasing how kimchi can elevate every meal and inspiring diners with ideas for incorporating Jongga’s diverse kimchi offerings into their culinary routine.

Event 3: Roll Up Your Sleeves

Our Kimchi Workshop is back! This time, alongside traditional methods for making ingredients from scratch, the event will be co-hosted by Jongga and CHAE—bringing together expert knowledge to elevate the kimchi-making experience with authentic flavors and hands-on guidance. From crafting your own kimchi blends to guiding them through the full fermentation process, this hands-on experience will deepen your understanding of what makes delicious kimchi and equip you with practical skills you can apply in your own kitchen. The workshop runs from July through August 2026—stay tuned for more details!

Event 4: Discover Jongga

Our unique home-based restaurant has been revamped to celebrate Jongga, Korea’s most beloved kimchi brand. We invite you to explore Jongga’s origins and its ascent to industry-leading status—exporting to over 60 countries—while delving into the very backbone of Korean cuisine, its rich history, and its profound cultural significance. This exciting exhibition will run alongside our kimchi-themed course menus from October to November 2025 and our kimchi workshops from July to August 2026.
