July - August 2026: Our regular dining service will take a break while we host our Kimchi Workshops.
Back by popular demand, our kimchi workshop is returning this year. As part of our partnership with Jongga, Korea’s number one kimchi brand since 1987, we’ll be hosting kimchi workshop in July and August. Learn the secrets behind Korea’s most iconic staple, with a special focus on the bold and distinctive flavours of the Jeolla-do region. We'll also introduce Jongga’s ready-made kimchi seasoning, giving you an easy and convenient way to recreate the flavours of Korea’s favourite kimchi brand in your own home.
