Kimchi workshop

Learn the secrets behind this quintessential Korean staple, with a special focus on the Jeollado region's distinctive, robust fishy flavors. Join us and master the techniques to create true, flavourful kimchi that brings the taste of southern Korea to your table.

  • When: July. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from the 5th to the 28th.

Makgeolli workshop

Makgeolli is a traditional Korean rice wine with a milky appearance and a slightly sweet, tangy flavor. Discover the art of making authentic Korean rice wine at our Makgeolli Workshop. Join us for an immersive experience where you'll learn to craft makgeolli from scratch, including making the essential fermentation starter, nuruk.

  • When: August. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from the 2nd to the 31st.

  • Time: 11am
