Soy sauce based spicy eggs

Eggs 14

Water 2L

Vinegar & Salt 1/4cup


Sauce

Soy sauce 1cup

Homade soy sauce 1/2cup

Spring onion 1bunch

Brown onion 1

RIce syrup 2Tbs

Plum enzyme 3/4cup

Chilli pepper & Fresh chilli 1Tbs

Minced garlic 4Tbs

Sesame oil 3Tbs

Sesame seeds 3Tbs


YOUTUBE:



1. Bring 2L water, vinegar and salt to a boil over medium high heat.

2. Add 14 Eggs

3.Cook for 10mins

4. Remove from the heat and soak the eggs in cold water

5. Soak the eggs shells crack in cold water for 10mins

6. To make Sauce

Soy sauce 1cup

Homade soy sauce 1/2cup

Spring onion 1bunch

Brown onion 1

RIce syrup 2Tbs

Plum enzyme 3/4cup

Chilli pepper & Fresh chilli 1Tbs

Minced garlic 4Tbs

Sesame oil 3Tbs

Sesame seeds 3Tbs


7. Peel the shells off in cold water

8. Put the eggs in the sauce

9. Let it ferment by keeping in refrigerator for a day. Then, enjoy to eat

****** Don't throw away the remaining sauce after you eat the eggs.

Can be used many cookings


We had a crack at whipping up some side dishes. This is very eash and versatile.
