How to make 5 colors sweet rice cake




RIce 200g

Salt 10g

Hot boiled water

Dried beetroot

Dried onion

Dried pine mushroom

Dried green tea

Dried sweet corn

******Dried Vegetables

1. Grind the dried vegetables finely in the grinder

2. Run through a sieve


******Rice flour 쌀가루

3. Wash, soak and grind drained rice finely

4. Run through a sieve

5. Add salt into rice flour.


********Mix 믹스

1. Add Onion flour and boiling water little by little

2. Knead for 10mins

3. If the dough is dry, add more hot water

4. So that the dough will not dry out, Please keep it in plastic bag

1. Make in into a long circle

2. Put a wet towel to prevent the dough from drying out



Songpyeon filling 송편 소 준비

1. Grind the sesame seeds roughly

2. Add brown sugar into the sesame seeds

3. Add rice syrup and mix well


Make Songpyeon 송편빚기

******Original shape 일반적인 송편

1. Rolling 30 grams of dough round

2. Please turn while pressing the middle with your thumb

3. Add a teaspoon of sesame mixture to the dough

4. Fold it well

5. Press firmly to push out the air


Steamed Songpyeon 송편 찌기

1. Put the dough on the steamer carefully

2.Place the rice cake mix on top of the pre boiled steamer and steam for 10 mins

3. Complete. After the rice cakes have cooled down, apply some sesame oil for better taste and presentation
